Near-site primary care
Employees and dependents establish care with a named VPMC provider at Lansdowne and Reston or by video. New-patient visits within 7 days, same-day acute slots, evening video. Chronic conditions, preventive care, labs and referrals handled in one place. Billed to the employee's insurance; no employer fee.
Physicals and on-site screening days
Pre-employment, annual, DOT and executive physicals at our offices. On-site days at your workplace: biometric screening (blood pressure, BMI, glucose, cholesterol), flu and other vaccines, blood-pressure checks, and a provider available for questions. Quoted per event or per person.
Mental wellness fast lane
Employees and dependents are seen by VPMC Mental Wellness within 14 days for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia and burnout: evaluation, medication management and therapy, in person or by video across Virginia. A dedicated line for HR to hand to an employee who needs help now. Billed to insurance.
Weight and metabolic programs
Physician-led medical weight loss and diabetes prevention through the VPMC Weight Loss Clinic: consult, medication when appropriate, dietitian and health coach. Group onboarding sessions for teams; individual care billed to insurance.
Women's midlife health
Perimenopause and menopause care for the fastest-growing part of your workforce, through VPMC Women's Midlife Health. A lunch-and-learn is the usual starting point.
Lunch-and-learns and wellness challenges
30-minute sessions on sleep, stress, weight, nutrition, menopause, men's health and heart health, delivered by our physicians, dietitian and Duke-trained health coach, at your office or by video. Eight-week team challenges with coach check-ins. Flat fee per session.
