How many employees do we need?
Near-site primary care works from about 25 employees; on-site screening days from about 40. Lunch-and-learns and the mental wellness fast lane have no minimum.
Is there a per-employee fee?
Not for standard care: visits are billed to each employee's insurance through Privia Medical Group, like any doctor's office. On-site screening days and executive physicals are quoted as a flat fee per event or per person.
Do you share employee health information with us?
No. Individual health information stays between the employee and the clinic, as the law requires. Employers receive participation counts and, for 50 or more participants, aggregate de-identified results.
Which locations do you cover?
Offices in Lansdowne and Reston, Virginia, on the Inova Loudoun and Reston Hospital campuses. On-site days can be anywhere in Loudoun, Fairfax or Prince William county. Video visits cover all of Virginia.
Can employees keep VPMC as their regular doctor?
Yes, and most do. That continuity is the point: the same physician-led practice for the physical, the follow-up and the years after.
